A welcoming stay in Blackpool
From the moment we arrived, the warm atmosphere created by Hayley and Tarn made us feel at home. The breakfast was a delightful treat each morning, as they generously offered more to keep us satisfied.
Though our stay was exceptional overall, I noticed that the common areas could benefit from some refreshing updates to enhance the ambiance further.

clean rooms, nice hot showers, accommodating service
The common areas need a bit of an update, musty smell in hallways didn't impress!!! More attention to decorative details could elevate the atmosphere significantly. Just a suggestion for future visits!!!

The stay was absolutely delightful, as it was our first time visiting Blackpool primarily to explore places like Madame Tussauds and the Winter Gardens. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the Standard Twin Room and the comfortable beds that ensured a good night's rest. The breakfast was a major highlight. it was delicious and they continually offered us more, which really made us feel valued. We even faced some last-minute changes, and the staff handled it beautifully, including sending a forgotten jumper back to us, which was a pleasant surprise.
